William P. Larkin has more than 25 years’ experience in the fields of business planning, go-to-market strategies and human resource management systems.
Bill has worked for or consulted to some of the most well respected companies in the world including vendor organizations like ADP, Fidelity Investments, Kronos Incorporated, Genesys Software Systems and ProBusiness.
He also has cross vertical client experience working in the fields of healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government and financial services including The State of Florida, John Hancock Insurance, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Mass Mutual, Zales Jewelers, Southwest Airlines, Wells Fargo Bank as well as many small to medium emerging organizations.
As Managing Director with Canopach, Bill is responsible for helping clients with their human resource, organization design and workforce management stategies, plans and execution. He specializes in assisting organizations in all components of Human Capital Management (HCM) including HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
