John’s leadership has guided customers through service delivery transformation in the areas of customer service, client delivery, pricing, organizational design and technology implementation. In addition, John specializes in overseeing organizational change management to ensure adoption and realization of desired benefits. He has led consulting teams in the transformation of service delivery for manufacturing, financial services, software and media clients.
John started his career in operations management in banking, brokerage and insurance organizations managing large, multi-region service delivery centers. He then entered the software development industry where he managed client fulfillment and professional services. John has experience completing strategic initiatives in North America, EMEA and APAC regions and has worked with over 250 Companies.
John received a BA in Business from New York University.
