Lee specializes in the creation of upstream linkages of sales processes to business planning, and the downstream linkages to talent, work-process and technology solutions.
Lee Fields’ corporate responsibilities have included worldwide, direct and indirect, sales & marketing management, operational P&L responsibility and direct sales and sales operations. Lee has overseen CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management) implementations as a part of his executive responsibilities.
Lee has consulting experience spanning CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functional design and implementation, ERP (Enterprise-Resource-Planning) implementation, business, sales process, and solution planning, professional skills training, curriculum design and development, channel strategies, sales coverage and compensation planning.

Mr. Fields was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Symphony Services. Before joining Symphony, Mr. Fields was Chief Executive, Global Programs at Wipro Technologies. He has also been President of Infocrossing (managed infrastructure services), a member of Mercer Management Consulting’s (now Oliver Wyman) North America executive committee, a founding member and Chief Sales Officer at AnswerThink Consulting Group (now Hackett Benchmarking), and a founding partner at The Learning Alliance. Mr. Fields also held multiple sales and management positions at IBM.
Mr. Fields received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in accounting from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.
